Lists get old;messages get "un-deliverable", people are often slow to respond.

Last night in team call we were challenged to make list of over 100 people.
If 21 have already turned you down and 18 who sampled and enjoyed do not have access to their money, that doesn't leave many.

Georgia Jenkins is basically non-tech. I've tried a number of things without help on own and gotten side tracked. Now that I have the help of these guys that call themselves the Purple Cowboys, I've undertaken actually paying for these programs such as an autoresponder which I'm in the process of getting set up.
I even had help setting up the basic framework, but still have to put on the thinking cap and setting up letters to attractcustomers, something we are all focussed on if in home business :A great challenge I'd encourage all to do.

Considering Blogs and business

When looking for a blog to post comments on, I cam across a rather extended definition of "Blog#Blurring-with-the-mass-media" from Wikipedia. I previously had no idea that blogs could attract employers. It would seem the opposite - if one chose words inappropriately.
The definition of threads as "topical connections between messages on a metaphysical 'corkboard'" was interesting to me.
Mine is/are more the "online diary" type. A person in business should probably be selective in doing anything about their political views -- at least as I was advised when had a gift shop.
Now, I really am getting excited about a new business in prelaunch called

Following Up Myself : Dogs and Business Start

How does one value the lessons in life?
I sold my biggest dog and though I had a relationship with family that bought. Took my other 2 along, found family not home and another dog came to window. Buffy always was dominant, and liked windows, --so I can't help wondering what happened!

In addition, Georgia Jenkins also had first "home party" for new company, Organo Gold today. Only 4 showed up and no one signed up. 2 bought individual packages, one did nothing One did take application for home ( it was storming). Does that rated anything?

One more thing to evaluate !?!?!? Use of time - - - - -

Mistakes and Learning

After trying a number of different networking experiences, without the help of the "997" approach --I made mistakes, experienced frustrations and failure.
In Beliefnet's recent article I saw 2 quotes from a psychiatric bent, which may help in focussing one's desire to succeed -- or to rise above any circumstance:

"The pain that life will deliver...can wake us up and deliver us to a state of consciousness in which we can make each moment count and find meaning in our existence."

I'm Still Learning!

Tonight ,the Making Money discussion group Georgia Jenkikns is in talked about personality traits. -Seems many of us have changed markedly since determining our life's career.
Some of these things more normally agree with network marketing than when we started out. For a shy, introverted type, who is technology -shy - I can't believe it came up with management and computer programming as suggested vocations. -- Then -- withother index - guardian may work, but inspector ???A book was suggested, called "A New Earth- Awakening to y our Life's Purpose". Does this conflict too much with "Purpose Driven Life"? If I could get on the free I Tunes version, i'd like to hear it. Only 8 pages of surfing to see if such is still being offered. I may have to break down and buy the book!
Overwhelming -- or "underwhelmint" as a nursing student once described things presented.
On a non-business tack, it was a sad day, but needed for one non-managing persona. We had a garage sale and I sold my eldest dog, Buffy -- Danielle's mother --- to a family with 2 or 3 children. i just couldn't give her enough attntion and she was stubborn to anything is did.-Seems she's happy & the other 2 don't indicate they're not!
I have another big day tomorrow, so will close.

The Book, Business and People

Tell me --- is it possible to maintain sanity while in business and retaining normal friend contacts?
Today-- for the second time in as many weeks, I missed doing something I planned -- at least in a timely fashion!!
I certainly can't blame the business for forgetting to bring refreshments for a group I'd been in for 5 of its 6 (alternate)week existence. Perhaps the dogs could share the blame -- after all -it was a morning event and they still have to be fed!!
Then I forgot and was an hour late to meet a friend for group gathering - which lasted longer than I thought anyway and made me late for discussion of the book on leadership.
Such is life, but Georgia Jenkins has no intent of abandoning the people she knows. She just has to be sure to keep learning about business, promoting and making new contacts every day.
Tonight's discussion -- what I got of it -- focussed on dealing with resistance to change. There are 3 levels and i believe I've been on both sides of all 3 : "I don't get it" -- with need for more -- often unwanted or unappreciated training, "I Don't Like It" once indoctrinated with knowing one certain way and threatened by the new; and "I don't like you"- it may be just the way someone presents the subject.
Any way we cut it, someone is going to react.
One paragraph bluntly expresses the old adage -- forget what nationality -- " One convinced against his will is of the same opinion still".One cannot deny or avoid resistance entirely. I really would make a lousy politician, since it is natural for them to do what is suggested here: " bring resistance to the surface and talk about it,-- (unleashing people's emotions)." We are challenged to actually have people "identify their resistance",let people know you appreciate their concerns -- though don't agree, and see what opportunities are available to confront it, Planning and solutions have to wait till these issues have surfaced and been explored.Most of us can't stand waiting.
I, for one, can't wait till more people are in the various programs I'm in and try the products.Strategic marketing takes planning. Planning takes time, and once again we're back to a topic of concern in line one --finding enough time to fit all in.
OK, now Georgia will waste some and go play with the dogs!!
